HSA Membership Application

There are two types of HS- membership available; Ordinary and Associate. Ordinary membership is open to all persons who have undergone heart surgery or who have a diagnosed heart condition, or who are the spouse/partner or parent/guardian (if they are a child). Associate membership is open to all others - relatives, friends, health professionals and interested persons.

HS-A is the only national organisation of its kind in Australia and the only organisation having such wide membership coverage. The support and other services offered by HS-A are provided as a free - of - charge community service and are not conditional upon membership of the organisation.
