Each branch of Heart Support Australia provides group excercise programs, rnaging from walking groups to group gym programs.  The purpose of these groups is to provide encouragement and social interaction to make excercise more rewarding and easier to maintain.

We encourage you to contact your local branch to find out the details in your area.
